API 602 Globe Valve Manufacturing

VTXFLOW manufactures globe valves in full compliance with API 602 — the standard covering compact forged gate, globe and check valves, from 1/4" – 4" in ASME 800 – 2500.

API 602 governs the small-bore forged valves that populate every refinery and power station — drains, vents, instrument roots and bypasses. Forged construction is mandatory territory here: at Class 800+ in small bores, casting porosity is an unacceptable risk.

Our API 602 production is backed by in-house casting and forging, CNC machining, and 100% pressure and seat-tightness testing to API 598, with EN 10204 3.1 material certificates and optional third-party inspection (SGS / BV) on every order.
