Designed for LNG, liquid nitrogen and oxygen service down to -196°C, the cryogenic ball valve features an extended bonnet to keep stem packing in the warm zone and a cavity relief hole to vent trapped liquid safely.

As part of the VTXFLOW ball valve range, every cryogenic ball valve is produced under our certified quality system — from in-house casting and CNC precision machining to 100% pressure and seat-tightness testing before shipment, with EN 10204 3.1 material certificates supplied.

How to Order — What to Specify

  1. Size and bore: full bore or reduced bore
  2. Pressure class: ASME 150–2500 / PN16–PN160 / JIS 10K–20K
  3. Body and trim materials (WCB, CF8M, A105, F316, Duplex...)
  4. Seat type: soft (PTFE / RPTFE / PEEK) or metal hard-faced
  5. End connections: RF, RTJ, BW, SW or NPT
  6. Operation: lever, gear, electric or pneumatic actuator
  7. Design standard: API 6D, API 608, ISO 17292 or DIN
  8. Options: fire-safe API 607, NACE MR0175, DBB, stem extension

Every cryogenic ball valve is shell and seat tested to API 598 / ISO 5208 before shipment and delivered with EN 10204 3.1 material certificates. PMI, NDE and third-party inspection (SGS / BV) are available on request.
