Forged three-piece trunnion ball valves to API 6D are the workhorse of oil and gas transmission pipelines. Forged A105/F316/F51 construction ensures uniform grain structure for critical high-pressure service up to Class 2500.

As part of the VTXFLOW ball valve range, every forged trunnion ball valve is produced under our certified quality system — from in-house casting and CNC precision machining to 100% pressure and seat-tightness testing before shipment, with EN 10204 3.1 material certificates supplied.

Every forged trunnion ball valve is shell and seat tested to API 598 / ISO 5208 before shipment and delivered with EN 10204 3.1 material certificates. PMI, NDE and third-party inspection (SGS / BV) are available on request.
