Jacketed Safety Relief Valve

Steam-jacketed body prevents medium solidification.

Safety Valve Series

Jacketed Safety Relief Valve

A full steam jacket around body and bonnet keeps high-viscosity or crystallizing media — asphalt, sulphur, polymers — fluid at the valve, ensuring the disc always lifts freely at set pressure.

As part of the VTXFLOW safety valve range, every jacketed safety relief valve is produced under our certified quality system — from in-house casting and CNC precision machining to 100% pressure and seat-tightness testing before shipment, with EN 10204 3.1 material certificates supplied.

  • Full steam jacket prevents solidification
  • For asphalt, sulphur, polymer media
  • API 526 center-to-face maintained
  • Jacket rated PN16 steam
