The trunnion-mounted ball is fixed by upper and lower bearings, so spring-loaded seats push against the ball — keeping torque low and sealing stable on large diameter, high pressure pipelines up to 40" Class 600 and beyond.

As part of the VTXFLOW ball valve range, every casting trunnion ball valve is produced under our certified quality system — from in-house casting and CNC precision machining to 100% pressure and seat-tightness testing before shipment, with EN 10204 3.1 material certificates supplied.
