Metal Sealing Ball Valve

The metal sealing ball valve uses hard-faced ball and seats (Stellite, Ni60 or tungsten carbide spray) to handle abrasive slurries, catalysts and high-temperature media up to 550°C where soft seats would fail. Lapped seating surfaces keep leakage within ISO 5208 Rate C/D.

As part of the VTXFLOW ball valve range, every metal sealing ball valve is produced under our certified quality system — from in-house casting and CNC precision machining to 100% pressure and seat-tightness testing before shipment, with EN 10204 3.1 material certificates supplied.
