Y Strainer

The Y-strainer is the compact, economical guard for pumps, meters, traps and control valves. Cast or forged bodies from Class 150 to 2500 with stainless mesh or perforated screens sized to your medium.

As part of the VTXFLOW strainer range, every y strainer is produced under our certified quality system — from in-house casting and CNC precision machining to 100% pressure and seat-tightness testing before shipment, with EN 10204 3.1 material certificates supplied.

Every y strainer is shell and seat tested to API 598 / ISO 5208 before shipment and delivered with EN 10204 3.1 material certificates. PMI, NDE and third-party inspection (SGS / BV) are available on request.
