Pilot Operated Safety Valve

Full lift at set pressure, ideal near operating pressure.

Safety Valve Series

Pilot Operated Safety Valve

A pilot senses system pressure and holds the main disc closed with system media itself — allowing operation up to 98% of set pressure with zero simmer, and full lift exactly at set point.

As part of the VTXFLOW safety valve range, every pilot operated safety valve is produced under our certified quality system — from in-house casting and CNC precision machining to 100% pressure and seat-tightness testing before shipment, with EN 10204 3.1 material certificates supplied.

  • Operate to 98% of set pressure
  • Pop or modulating pilot action
  • Bubble-tight until set point — no simmer loss
  • Large orifices for high relieving capacity
