The disc pivot is offset from the centerline so the tilting disc starts closing the instant flow decays — much faster than a swing check — protecting high-head pump systems from destructive reverse surge.

As part of the VTXFLOW check valve range, every tilting check valve is produced under our certified quality system — from in-house casting and CNC precision machining to 100% pressure and seat-tightness testing before shipment, with EN 10204 3.1 material certificates supplied.
